And Yes, Yoga Really Works

Every massage therapist should be doing something to maintain themselves--after all, if we don't take care of ourselves, how can we expect to take care of others? I take a weekly yoga class and do several of the poses daily. Last week, my yoga instructor put us through our paces using poses from Rodney Yee's Yoga for a Health Back. I'm buying it, because these poses cleared up the back pain that has plagued me for the past 6 years.
