Help Relieve Travel Woes

Traveling can leave you feeling sore and tired. Dashing toward airport terminals toting heavy bags can leave knots in your shoulders. Driving for hours keeps you stuck in the same position. Good lumbars support is important, but wouldn't it be nice if it gave you a massage, too?

After you get home, if a warm soak in an epsom salt bath (1 cup epsom salt to 2 cups baking soda) doesn't ease those tight muscles, maybe trigger point self-treatment would help. For more serious relief (for conditions such as Plantar Fasciitis, IT Band Syndrome, Pirafomis Syndrome) massage balls and blocks can help.
