New Jersey's The Beacon tells us about Stanley Troy, a lawyer who also teaches yoga and Shiatsu:

"Anyone who is involved in legal issues should make a special effort to take care of themselves physically, mentally and emotionally through various techniques like yoga, tai chi and any other stress-reduction techniques they're attracted to," he said. "You can think more clearly and make better decisions when your body, mind and spirit are relaxed and balanced. The more balanced a client is, the easier it is for their attorney to help them."
