Good Advice For Post-Surgery

If you are planning to go for elective surgery, here are some tips to help you prepare for the event and speed recovery. The most obvious advice is to get plenty of rest and stay hydrated. But first on the list: Quit smoking.

How much time you'll need, and how well you'll heal, will depend on several factors.

If you have stiffness, aching or swelling after surgery, consider a lymphatic draining massage.
