Small Steps, Big Gains

The Toronto Star reminds us that exercise programs are best entered into gradually (thanks to yogablog for the link). Not everyone is going to run a marathon, the deceptively simple practice of yoga can be a low-impact force to tone up and feel better about yourself:

Getting healthy is about taking small steps, every day, learning to inhabit your body, becoming conscious of what you're consuming, making exercise an enjoyable habit, one you look forward to. Feeling strong.
