To Sleep Perchance To Dream

After a sleepless night of tossing and turning, this UK article was of interest to me and might help others with more chronic sleep problems.

It's a hidden and very lonely affliction. Unless you're sharing a bed (and when you are, the sound of someone else's heavy, even breathing only makes you bitter), no one witnesses you lying there, acutely aware of the minutes ticking away and the all-too-early arrival of those infernal birds.

Generally when clients come to me complaining of insomnia, massage and Craniosacral Therapy are very helpful. My problem last night: a nip of caffeine too close to bed in combination with hormones.
