Yoga De-stresses Children

BBC News reports that children participating in a pilot study in south London in which the children learn yoga, aromatherapy, tai chi, nutrition and peer massage are calmer.

The sessions are part of a pilot project designed to improve the health and well-being of youngsters.

"It's all about encouraging people to take responsibility for their own health, emotional health and well-being."

"They seemed to really enjoy it and the teachers said many of the children were a lot calmer afterwords."
