Take Care Of Your Skin

Did you know your skin is the largest organ in the human body? It is that membrane which joins our inner milieu with our outer environment. Taking care of our skin is important not only for the longevity of the organ but for the wellbeing of the body.

There are many factors that can contribute to skin damage, such as exposure to pollutants, emotional stress, modern life style, poor diet, exposure to the sun and hormonal changes.

Several tips for keeping skin healthy (and improving appearance as a bonus) are: stay hydrated, get plenty of sleep, stop smoking, eat a healthy diet, exercise, use moisturizer, see your doctor about chronic skin problems.

Massage is so good for your skin, so try to give your skin a daily massage before you go to bed.
