Men Enjoy The Spa Too
More men are beginning to catch on to the enjoyment of spa treatments. In fact, 30% of spa patrons are men.
Having recently discovered what women have been enjoying for years, men are now booking spa treatments in greater numbers, taking vacations at resort spas, organizing buddy days and weekends at destination spas where they will be exfoliated, oiled, massaged and groomed into sleek, shiny seals.
Now some spas, especially resort and destination spas, report that men account for nearly 50 percent of their business.
"It's blossoming more and more in favor of men having services. It's not based on prettiness and pretty perfume. It's a relaxing environment, neutral ground. And they're enjoying the experience."
