Guide To Serenity In A Stress-Filled Life
In an excerpt from a Guru's Guide To Serenity by Laurel House, it describes how women, with the feminist belief that we can have it all and do everything, are burning out and need to find solutions for escalating stress.
We end up spending so much time trying to do and be everything that we forget to be ourselves.
We need, instead, real-life tips, advice and suggestions as to what we ourselves can do and how we can do it to achieve a stressless, or at least less stressed life.
Some suggestions: Baths, spa treatments, massage, yoga, meditation, cooking, art projects, gardening, knitting, sacred spaces, stretching, relaxing, and breathing deeply.
