Hugging and Touching 101

An Allentown, Pennsylvania massage therapist teaches a class stressing the importance of touch, "Hugging and Touching 101."

The Touch Research Institute at the University of Miami School of Medicine has documented many benefits of regular human contact. Human touch speeds up the recovery process of every disease they studied, Needle said.
