Back Care Goes Space Age

A new alternative treatment for back pain looks like something out of "Star Trek." Using a sound frequency generator, the device can be tuned to treat back pain, whether from trauma or everyday muscular stress.

The frequency sets, which were specifically designed for the Little Back Box, "sonically massage" the tiny muscles that support the spine through a controlled combination of oscillations, frequencies and patterns.

Providing frequencies ambiently is non-invasive and relatively inexpensive. "As the study longitudinally unfolds, the implications of biofrequency markers continue to expand into unpredicted venues. We were astonished when degenerated discs seemed to restructure themselves after a patient started using the tones," declared Liz Lonergan, RN and founder of the Body and Soul Health Clinic in Chicago.
