Massage For What Ails You

Massage has many benefits. More studies that are being done that document those benefits.

It can help with everything from tight muscles, to Fibromyalgia and lower back pain for pregnant women.

"There isn't anyone who doesn't have stress in their life. It can help relieve pulled or strained muscles that you get from either a trauma, like a car accident, or from repetitive use."

The benefits of massage have been documented in many studies. In one study of 1,290 cancer patients at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, it was found that massage helped reduce the cancer patients' pain, fatigue, nausea, anxiety and depression by 54 percent following massage therapy.
