"Advertisement agencies and call-centre staff are big growth areas," Ms Le Gassick said. "Five years ago, there used to be a lot of negativity. People thought this was not appropriate at the workplace. Now it's presented as a perk to attract employees."
Dil's Funeral Services, an Auckland company with 13 staff, is one of her oldest customers. The company pays all the bill when her therapists come for three hours once a month.
Administration manager Gillian Dil said the company wanted to acknowledge employees' hard work.
"I heard an advertisement on the radio and we thought, `Why not?' It doesn't cost a fortune," Ms Dil said. "It's also a nice morale boost. We do a lot of work at computers and moving heavy objects, so we all tend to get stiff and sore. It's a wonderful way to relieve tension."
