The Charlotte Observer profiles Zen Massage Center in Dilworth, North Carolina.
Quality massage is coming to the masses.
It's a trend born three years ago in Arizona, when a company called Massage Envy started offering relatively cheap massage therapy on a subscription plan. The company now has more than 40 clinics across the country (some are franchises) and last year earned $9 million.
