Combat Fatigue At Your Desk
Long hours spent in front of a computer is not the lifestyle our hunter-gatherer ancestors conditioned our bodies for. Poor posture and fatigue can cause aches and pains. Now we can combat the strain of our modern lifestyles right at our computer stations. I found e-stretch.net in the Yoga Journal.
Each e-stretch is designed to be performed in a normal office chair. You don't need to leave your desk to take an e-stretch break. We want to help you work while your working, stretch in your breaks, and feel good for more of the time.
