Your Headache Could Be Connected To Your Bladder.
One of the services I provide for some of my clients is visceral manipulation of the bladder to help with irritable bladder, interstitial cystitis, prolapse of the uterus, and what I call "puny bladder syndrome", a condition where the client has to urinate many times throughout the day.
One client awoke with a headache claiming that their headache came from their bladder. They asked their chiropractor if their bladder could aggravate a headache but got nothing definitive from them. However, when I worked to adjust their bladder, they indicated that pressure in certain directions, especially during the release of the obturator internus, alleviated their headache.
Ever wake up before dawn with a full bladder but don't want to get up to go? Besides not being able to get back to restful sleep, you could wake up with a headache. It's an interesting connection that may allow me to better serve my clients' headaches.
