Alternative Medicine at Coachella
Many music fans will be attending the Coachella Valley Music Festival in the California desert this weekend. LA Weekly offers some tips to get away from the heat, highlighting several spas in the area that offer bodywork, including massage therapy. I found this experience of "cranial massage" especially interesting:
My first-ever salt scrub was enjoyable, but my girlfriend’s cranial massage was some kind of vortextual laying on of hands from which she did not want to emerge.
