Finding A Massage Therapist
Sign On San Diego gets advice from massage therapy experts and consumer advocates about the best ways to find a massage therapist to fit your needs.
“Every good massage therapist should provide you with an intake form when first meeting you, which asks about health history and any medications you're taking. It should ask you if you're being seen by a physician, and if you're cleared to have a massage,” says Kelly Mitchell, a massage therapist and the student services representative at Mueller College of Holistic Studies in San Diego.
