The Miami Herald profiles a local massage therapy practice, Massage by Design, in its weekly "Sheer Bliss" column.
While the frills may be gone, the thrills are definitely not. My 60-minute ''massage by design'' felt like 90 as my therapist methodically kneaded her way down my body. The service is a customized blend of shiatsu, Swedish, trigger point, reflexology and aromatherapy techniques and my prescription left me noticeably looser. I virtually floated off the table. Two weeks later, my shoulders are still thanking me.
