Liver Cleanse: Day 2

Well, the liver cleanse wasn't a horrible experience. The grapefruit and olive oil concoction went down easy, but by the fourth Epsom salt dose, I was thankful that part of the cleanse was over. I did find gallstones, but they were no larger than a lentil and most were small like sesame seeds. They were green, the texture of fruitloops, and they numbered around 100. Unfortunately the fasting aspect of this cleanse triggered a migraine, albeit a mild one. Low blood sugar is a migraine trigger in me.

Fortunately, I'm finally allowed back on light food and drink on my own schedule. Unless I have a profound improvement in my migraine headaches, low back pain, energy levels, or something else such as premenstrual syndrome, I don't know that I would voluntarily subject myself to this regime again. I can see where this would benefit someone who has a gallstone problem and I would be willing to try this cleanse a couple of times, as is recommended, before I agreed to gall bladder surgery.

You will need to total 2000 stones before the liver is clean enough to rid you of allergies or bursitis or upper back pains permanently. The first cleanse may rid you of them for a few days, but as the stones from the rear travel forward, they give you the same symptoms again. You may repeat cleanses at two week intervals. Never cleanse when you are [acutely] ill.
