WorkRave, a Program for Avoiding Repetitive Strain Injuries

WorkRave is a free Windows and Linux program that pops up reminders and exercises at regular intervals to help prevent repetitive strain injuries (RSI). (thanks to Lifehacker for the tip)

I have so many people who come into my office complaining of repetitive strain injuries due to computer use, this is a great free way to help take care of your body while you are chained to your computer. Remember that the ergonomics of your workspace also play a role in avoiding RSI.

If you are a Mac user, try the similar program for Apple computers, AntiRSI.
