Six Week Follow-Up To Liver Cleanse

I mentioned at the beginning of the year that I went through Dr. Hulda Clark's liver cleanse. I wanted to share some of the long-term benefits I encountered.

First and foremost, I experienced no migraine headaches. Though I had flashing lights, neck and shoulder tension, and a couple of sensations that I term a "migraine hangover," an actual migraine did not manifest.

Also, I've had trouble with my skin on and off throughout my adult life. Much of the dryness, flaking, and acne has disappeared. My skin feels softer. I still have rosacea, but it is not pronounced as it has gotten.

Finally, I have a strange little condition called geographic tongue where red patches appear as though the fur on the tongue has peeled off. This has not cleared up all the way, but it is also greatly improved. I still have pink patches, but the patches do not become completely denuded.

I've decided to do a second liver cleanse which is recommended six weeks following the first. I am hoping that the improved condition that I've seen with the first cleanse are resolved completely with the second cleanse. I'll let you know.
