Touch Is Powerful Healing

In an article for the Hattiesburg American, massage therapist Charles Underwood discusses the benefits of massage therapy.

Studies by the University of Miami School of Medicine Touch Research Institute have medically demonstrated massage therapy improves work performance, increases learning and attention, helps the immune system and reduces headaches and back pain. Other benefits include better circulation, lower mental fatigue, improved skin tone and texture and stress relief.
