Beating Stress
As I mentioned in my previous post, according to You: Staying Young: The Owner's Manual for Extending Your Warranty by Michael F. Roizen, Mehmet C. Oz, stress is the number one aging factor in the human body. According to an article in the DailyRecord.co.uk following are 10 tips for beating stress:
1. Exercise
2. Eat lots of fresh fruits and veges
3. Talk
4. Learn to say "no"
5. Shut the world out
6. Breathe
7. Do what YOU want to do
8. Treat yourself to a massage
9. Cry
