Abdominal Wall Muscles
Today in gross anatomy, we started studying the abdominal wall muscles. We are responsible for knowing the origin, insertion, action, innervation and blood supply of the four primary muscles, Rectus abdominis, External oblique, Internal oblique, Transversus abdominis.
I'm really proud of my massage education because very little in today's lecture was new (though some of it I had forgotten over the years). Like riding a bike, it comes back to you, so my readers can brush up on their anatomy while I relearn mine for school.
