Tennis Ball as Pressure Point Accessory

laurensfitness.com is a blog by a personal trainer that offers tips on exercise, nutrition and training. I have only been reading the site for a couple of days, but I am already a huge fan.

I discovered laurensfitness.com when my husband sent me a link to her series on using a tennis ball as a pressure point tool. Since I am all in favor of using everyday objects to make exercise and pain relief more accessible, I wanted to share this link with my readers.

One of the most interesting (and helpful) things Lauren does is illustrate her exercises with photographs.
