100 Foods And Their Benefits

Gosh, I love food. And I really like finding out that so many of the foods that I like are good for some things. Here's a nifty chart that lists 100 foods and the benefits they provide especially with regard to health, but also dieting, productivity, and energy boosters.

They are categorized in the following ways:

Improve digestion
Energy and brain foods
Low fat filling foods
Eyesight
General productivity boosters
Controlling blood pressure and becoming heart healthy
Avoid colds and other common illnesses
Cancer and long-term illness prevention

I'm glad to see that dark chocolate is heart healthy.
