Athletic Taping
I got some instruction today about athletic taping. My instruction involved how to tape the arch of the foot to help support a weak tibialis posterior. I didn't find a video to show an example of this taping, but I found instruction for plantar faciitis taping that looks very similar. What is missing it the wrap around the foot to support the arch.
I tried to find a video to show an example of this taping. What I found is one that shows how to tape an ankle. They sure use a lot of tape, but that bad boy isn't going anywhere!
