This Week's Interesting Health-Related DVD Releases
With fall officially here, more exercise and other health-related DVDs are being released each week.
I am most interested in watching Don't Get Sick After June: American Indian Healthcare, a documentary about the history of healthcare on American Indian reservations.
Among the exercise offerings, both Bernadette Giorgi: Attitude Ballet Pilates Fusion and Bernadette Giorgi: Attitude Tu Ballet Pilates Fusion look interesting, as they combine ballet with Pilates.
What new health-related releases are you picking up or adding to your Netflix queue this week?
