Preventing Travel Fatigue

Its the end of the Thanksgiving Holiday, one of the most traveled holidays of the year. So what do people do to bounce back from travel fatigue?

If you've traveled by car, remember to stretch, walk, or, at least, stand up each time you stop for bathroom, food and gasoline breaks.

Travel by air? Since 9/11, getting up and moving about on an airplane has been seriously limited. Lack of movement in airline seats can create problems with circulation. Some isometric exercises and stretches in your airline seat are in order.

Staying over somewhere on your way home? Exercises that can be done in your hotel room or when you arrive home will help with "day after" fatigue and soreness.
